Roy, I remember you from Shirley Baptist Church days. A kind and gentle person, who appeared so laid back that you could have been horizontal. I remember dropping that mad crazy youngest daughter off at your home many times after ACF, and hoping you would not know she had had one or two more drinks! Taking Katy to Spring Harvest and you always being there when I picked her up and dropped her back home, such a caring father. I recall you working in the hospital as a porter and calling out to you one time, "hey Mr Porter" and you realising it was me. You always had time to talk and nothing was too much trouble. RIP Roy, much loved father, husband, grandfather and friend to everyone. To Liz, Katy, Simon and Becky, my thoughts and prayers are with you in these times. May you know that Roy is at peace with his father in heaven. x
